Top-up Card

You can now request a Top-up Card for your Telecash MasterCard® Prepaid Card for FREE by contacting Customer Care.

Your Top-up Card will display your eccount number and will allow you or a friend/family member to Top-up your Telecash eccount/Card using cash at over 14,500 Post Office branches or over 19,500 PayPoint locations nationwide. All you or your friend/family member have to do is hand over the Top-up Card along with the money you/they wish to Top-up the Telecash Card with.

Top-ups made at PayPoint will be available on your Telecash Card instantly, top-ups made at the Post Office will be available within 4 working days.

This is a great service if you are travelling outside of the UK, and would like someone in the UK to Top-up your card for you with cash or if you would like to Top-up your son/daughters card with pocket money.
